Red Devils News · Tommy Ferrill Named Germantown Football Head Coach

Germantown High School is proud to announce its new Head Football Coach, Tommy Ferrill! Ferrill is a native of Hattiesburg, MS and a graduate of Mississippi State University where he played football for the Bulldogs.  The son and grandson of a coach, Ferrill began his career at Junior College powerhouse East Mississippi Community College, where he coached a variety of positions, served as Weight Room Coordinator, and was the Director of Football Operations.  After his stint at East Mississippi, Coach Ferrill became the Special Teams and Video Coordinator at Biloxi (MS) High School before moving to Horn Lake (MS) High School.  Coach Ferrill has been the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach the past five seasons for the Eagles and was instrumental in helping orchestrate Horn Lake’s turnaround that resulted in a 6A state championship in 2018.  Coach Ferrill is married to his wife Amanda and they have three children, Roman (9), Lucia (4), and Thomas (2).
